Preferred Lender

If buying a new home is one of your new year’s resolutions, we want to share some exciting news from one of our preferred lenders.

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group LLC is introducing a brand new program that could make qualifying for a mortgage loan a little easier.  Atlantic Bay now has a program that allows for credit scores as low as 580 (some requirements apply). Most mortgage companies require at least a 620 or even a 640 credit score, so this improvement can open the door to home ownership for many families that were previously denied. There is no cost or obligation to apply and uncover what your options are.  If you are in fact unfortunately unable to qualify for a mortgage, you’ll be given an Action Plan, which will give you a detailed list of what actions to take over the subsequent weeks or months to be in a better position to obtain a home loan.  In addition, you’ll receive periodic emails about mortgage financing and how to improve your credit and will be scheduled a call back date from your Mortgage Banker to follow up and check in on your progress.  If you have questions or you’d like additional information about this new program please feel free to contact Randy DeMille, NMLS#112145 at 757-222-4904.   Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. LLC, NMLS #74023.  You can also email Randy at www. AtlanticBay.com / Randy DeMille.

Interest rates are still low so it’s a great time to buy a new home!  If you’d like additional information about our new home communities give our agent, Jim Clifton with ERA Real Estate Professionals a call at 757-672-9514.  A new home is a great way to start the New Year!
